Process Design Pattern
Purpose
To establish, manage and / or release a team that contributes to the purpose of the organization.
This process supports the implementation of the Team Performance Management Capability.
This process also uses a number of other processes / capabilities to develop the team.
Outcomes
Team is established
Management Plan is approved
Regular Reports (typically monthly) are produced
Capabilities are identified and realized
Team members have objectives and development plan.
Issues are tracked and logged.
Other related processes are operational (procurement, recruiting, technology, etc)
Interfaces with other groups are working.
Communication with team is effective.
Improvement activities are carried out.
